By Mail

You can mail your payment to Michael Andrews & Associates at the mailing address given below. Make sure when you mail your payment that you allow enough time for us to receive and post your payment.

Military Allotment

  1. Go to
  2. Enter the PIN mailed by DFAS for MyPay use. If you do not know your PIN, you can call MyPay customer service at one of the telephone numbers below.
  3. Check the box “I agree to the terms of the User Agreement” and click “OK”
  4. Select “Allotments” and then “Start a Savings Allotment” to begin a new allotment
  5. For Financial Institution Routing Transit Number, please contact Customer Service or log in to your account.
  6. For MAA checking account number, please contact Customer Service or log in to your account.
  7. Enter the contracted monthly payment amount in dollars and cents
  8. Select “Save”
  9. Print this “Financial Allotment Confirmation” page for your records and fax it to Michael Andrews & Associates at 248-350-1925. You may also send a print screen via e-mial to
  10. Select “Yes” on the confirmation page.

At this point, the MyPay system will state when the allotment will start. You must still send any payment(s) that will be due before this start date directly to Michael Andrews & Associates LLC at P.O. Box 3875, Southfield MI 48037-3875.

If you would like to make your payment through Western Union, you should locate the nearest Western Union office either by going to their website and clicking on "Find Agent Location" or by telephone by dialing 1-800-CALL-CASHSM. You will need to bring your payment in cash plus $12.95* for the service fee. Some locations will allow you to make a payment by debit/credit card, which may have an additional service charge. Ask the Western Union representative for a Quick Collect form and fill out the following information:

Once the transaction is completed, retain the Money Transfer Control Number and call Michael Andrews & Associates at 1-800-420-3657 to confirm receipt of payment.

Or you may call a customer service representative toll-free at 1-800-420-3657 to make a payment by phone. You will incur a fee of $9.95 per transaction for their assistance when using this method.
